SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger (ground round)
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, allspice and 2/3 cup evaporated milk. Shape meat balls using a teaspoon as the measure. Brown in large skillet set over medium heat. Try turning meat balls frequently. Brown on all sides. Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle flour over meatballs evenly stirring to blend well.

Dissolve bouillon cube in hot milk and add to pan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce to make smooth mixture. Return pan to low heat and cook. Stir frequently until gravy is thickened. Serve over rice or noodles.
