PUMPKIN TORTE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Over top, sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix, drizzle 1 1/2 sticks melted butter over mix, then spread 1 cup chopped pecans over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
