PUMPKIN SPICE TORTE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 (5 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. walnuts
2 pkgs. (2 oz.) Dream Whip
1 3/8 oz. pkg. Milk Duds
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Combine first nine ingredients, beating together. Bake in 2 nine inch pans for 20-30 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into four layers.

Mix together pudding mix, 2 1/2 cups milk and walnuts. Put between cake layers. Frost with Dream Whip.

Melt Milk Duds with 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. milk and then beat in confectioners' sugar. Cool slightly and then drizzle over cake.
