1 pkg. (16 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. smooth peanut butter
17 oz. Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in a plastic bowl with a lid. Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth; pour over cereal. Pour powdered sugar over mixture and cover with lid. Shake until cereal is covered.
