POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding 1 reg. box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. cold water 1/3 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. poppy seeds 1 tbsp. almond extract Mix all ingredients together. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt or angel cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
