VEGETABLE DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. sour cream
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 can sliced waterchestnuts, drained
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
1/2 pkg. Knorr Leek soup

Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate. Mixture will keep 2 weeks.
