HEAVENLY HASH 
DRESSING:

3 egg yolks
3 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients, cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool.

SALAD:

1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1/4 lb. chopped nuts

Whip 1/2 pint heavy cream; refrigerate. Combine remaining ingredients. Add cold dressing and fold in whipped cream. Chill before serving.
