1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans, if desired
1/2 pt. dairy sour cream

Drain all fruit; combine all ingredients and chill until time to serve. Good alone in frosty compotes topped with an additional red cherry. Or serve with your favorite sugar cookies.
