2 c. sugar 2 sticks butter 4 tbsp. cocoa 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. self rising flour 2 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter and sugar and cream well; then add cocoa and beat well. Then one egg at a time, beating well after each egg. Add flour and mix well, then chopped pecans. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes. When done, add icing. ICING: 1 box confectioners sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa 4 tbsp. butter 8 tbsp. milk or cream 1 pkg. lg. marshmallows |
