VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. broccoli, asparagus, or spinach
2 onions, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
2/3 stick butter, melted
1 clove garlic
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. cheese, shredded (Colby or Cheddar)
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine above ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
