CIOPPINO 
1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1 sm. green pepper, cut into 1/2" squares
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. dry white or red wine
3 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams

Or 1 (12 oz.) package frozen shelled shrimp

Thaw fish, if frozen. Cut fish into 1" pieces. In a large saucepan, cook green pepper, onion, and garlic in hot oil until onion is tender. Add next 6 ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Add fish, shrimp and undrained clams. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is done. Serves 6.
