STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
Slice large Angel Food Cake into 3 layers. Set aside.

Combine:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. of strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, half-frozen
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Combine strawberry jello with hot water. Let set until the consistency to whip. Then whip together with strawberries until berries are blended. Fold in whipped cream.

Let set until it is ready to spread between layers and all around cake. Keep refrigerated.
