STRAWBERRY-ORANGE ANGEL CAKE 
1 angel cake mix
1/2 c. orange juice
4 tsp. grated orange peel
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix cake according to directions, substituting 1/4 cup orange juice for an equal portion of the water and adding grated orange peel (2 tsp.). Bake according to package directions.

For the sauce: Mix the remaining 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tsp. orange peel and the strawberries. Puree in a blender. Pour the sauce over individual slices of cake at time of serving.
