STRAWBERRY ORANGE CREME 
1 sm. orange
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1/3 c. instant non-fat dry milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. cold water
4 to 6 ice cubes

Cut orange in half, remove sections and juice and reserve orange shells. Set shells aside. Combine orange sections, juice, milk, lime and lemon juice in blender. Add sweetener. In small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water to soften. Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add to mixture in blender and blend 30 seconds. Add ice cubes. Blend another 30 seconds. Remove and fold 1/2 cup strawberries into mixture. Divide evenly and fill each orange shell. Place on dessert dish and garnish with 1/4 cup strawberries. Low calorie.
