FRENCH MAYONNAISE 
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 egg
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt & white pepper
1 c. good quality virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. brandy
1 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)

Blend together lemon juice, egg, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Add gradually olive oil. Blend until creamy. Add brandy, catsup and Tabasco; blend for 10 second s more. Refrigerate.
