QUICK AND EASY DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 Cool Whip
1 pkg. frozen coconut

Make pudding by directions on box. Cut cake into small pieces. Put a layer of cake cubes on bottom of casserole dish, then spread pudding over cake. Put Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle coconut on top. Repeat another layer of each. Put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until set.
