QUICK EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 bottle La Choy soy sauce
1/2 bell (green) pepper, diced
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 (#202) can bean sprouts
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. egg roll skins

Cook hamburger, onion, pepper and mushrooms; drain. Add soy sauce and bean sprouts. Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Add to cooked rice. Roll ingredients in skins and fry until golden brown.
