GOURMET CHICKEN 
6 whole chicken breasts, boned (12 halves)
1 lg. jar dried beef
8 slices bacon
1 can mushroom soup
1 qt. sour cream

Layer dried beef in a 13 x 9 inch casserole. Cut breast in thirds, wrap in bacon, lay atop beef. Mix soup and sour cream, spread over chicken. Bake 5 hours at 200 degrees. Cover with foil first 4 hours, uncover last hour. Serve over rice.
