1 grocery bag sweet and hot peppers
1 (46 oz.) tomato juice
1 qt. oil
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canning salt
1 clove garlic

Boil all ingredients except peppers for 10 minutes. Have peppers washed and cut in halves. Add to boiling juice and cook until peppers change color. Jar and seal.
