COLE SLAW 
Mix well in large bowl:

1 good size head of cabbage, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. size onion, chopped

Cover with 2 cups granulated sugar; DO NOT STIR.

Let stand at least 2 hours in refrigerator. (Overnight is better.)

Boil together:

1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Pour over the cabbage mixture while hot. Let this stand for at least 2 hours or overnight. Yield: 12 servings.
