PUMPKIN PECAN CAKE 
1 box spice cake mix
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all of the above except pecans in mixer for 5 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into prepared Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Test with toothpick for doneness. Serve with whipped cream.
