PUMPKIN PECAN BUNDT CAKE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. salad oil or 3 tbsp. Crisco
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz. dry)
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Blend well and beat for 5 minutes. Fold in nuts. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 25 minutes. Good with caramel icing.
