COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. grated horseradish or less
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. chopped celery
10-12 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 tbsp. minced onion

Mix all ingredients and chill. Keep in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
