SWEET AND SOUR GREEN BEANS 
1 (1 lb.) can green beans
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced thin (optional)
1/2 tsp. Accent
Salt and pepper

Drain beans, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Blend sugar and cornstarch; add soy sauce, reserved liquid and onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and clear, about 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar, add beans and water chestnuts. Season with Accent, salt and pepper. Cover and heat through. 3-4 servings.
