FRUIT-YOGURT MILKSHAKE 
2 c. cold skim milk
1 (1.6 oz.) pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton plain lowfat yogurt
1 c. crushed ice
Fruit

FRUIT:

Banana
P each
Strawberries
Pulp of 1/2 orange

Blend all ingredients well. Makes 1 quart.

Per 1/2 cup serving: calcium 139 mg. calories 99; protein 4 gm. cholesterol 1.5 mg. fat 0.3 gm.
