PORCUPINE BEEF BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. raw rice
2 c. hot water

Mix meat, egg, onion, green pepper, salt and 1/4 cup rice. Mix well. Shape in 8 balls. Roll in 1/4 cup rice. Place meat balls in large skillet, cover with tomato soup and boiling water. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
