PORCUPINE BEEF BALLS 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. fat
1 c. condensed tomato soup
1 c. hot water

1. Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper, onion. Mix and shape into 12 balls.

2. Brown balls in fat in heavy fry pan. Add tomato soup and water.

3. Cover; cook 1 1/2 hours over low heat until rice is tender. Serves six.
