BISCUITS 
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening

Use Pastry Blender to cut dry ingredients into shortening, and add milk. Knead and roll out on floured board. Cut about an inch high-width as desired.

Bake at 450°F for about 10 - 12 minutes.
