BOJANGLE TYPE BISCUITS 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
2 c. sour cream

Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar. Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Blend in sour cream. Turn out onto lightly floured board. Handle gently and make into a ball. Pat out until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut. Place in baking pan. Dribble with melted butter. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

I followed the directions exactly, the taste is OK, but these are nothing like Bojangles biscuits. Very easy to make, but biscuits don't rise much at all.
