CORNBREAD DRESSING 
6 c. cornbread, crumbled
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chicken broth
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine cornbread, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sage; set aside. Place on medium heat until boiling. Pour over bread mixture; add eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set.
