SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook spinach as directed on box. Drain. Beat eggs (real good). Melt butter. Add all ingredients together and mix. Chill. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
