SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked & drained)
1 lg. onion, saute in 3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
4 eggs

Mix ingredients together. Chill for 1 hour. Ball mixture and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
