1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (20 oz.) can pineapples, crushed
1 sm. pkg. no bake custard mix
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries (drained & chopped)
Green food coloring
Lettuce leaves
1/3 c. frozen limeade, thawed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

In a blender combine mayonnaise, limeade, custard mix, cream cheese and 3 drops of food coloring. Blend until smooth. Fold in cherries. Pour into a 5 cup ring mold. Freeze until firm. Spoon onto lettuce leaves and garnish with cherries.
