CORN DOGS 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. hot dogs

Mix dry ingredients, add eggs, milk and seasonings.

Place a stick in each frank (I usually use popsicle sticks). Dry with a towel. Roll frank in flour and tap excess flour off. Dip into batter and deep fry at 375 to 400 degrees until golden brown.
