ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, peeled
1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil

Cut potatoes into chunks. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until well coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish.

Bake 40 minutes at 450°F, stirring occasionally. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.

Yield: 8 servings.
