PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick

Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon and Bisquick all together and put in sheet pan, 11 x 17 inch. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not over bake. When cool cover with following frosting recipe.

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat and add 2 cups powdered sugar.
