APRICOT CASSEROLE 
3 cans apricots, drained
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Mix sugar and cornstarch and sprinkle over apricots in baking dish. Dot with butter.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 450°F. Take out and crumble Ritz crackers over. Put back in oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
