CRANBERRY APRICOT SAUCE 
3 oz. (1/2 c.) dried apricots
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
12 oz. fresh cranberries

Combine orange juice and thinly sliced apricots. Cover. Refrigerate 8 hours.

Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Add apricot mixture, honey and cranberries. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until slightly thick. Refrigerate.
