MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can Ranch style beans or cooked pinto beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 c. picante sauce
Grated cheese
Taco chips

Brown together meat and onion. Drain grease out. Add beans, enchilada sauce, soup and picante sauce. Line greased pan with taco chips. Pour in meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
