1 med. chicken
1/2 bag stuffing
2 pieces celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs
Poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper
1/2 stick butter
Milk to moisten stuffing

Stuff chicken with ingredients. Apply eggs to stuffing. Along with celery and onion. Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. 1/2 stick butter. Milk to moisten stuffing. Roast in roaster at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
