SWEET - SOUR BEANS 
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. brown sugar
Garlic powder
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 lb. can green Lima beans, drain
1 lb. can red kidney beans
4 lg. onions
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt
2 (15 oz.) cans lg. Lima beans, drain
1 (11 oz.) can New England baked beans

Fry 8 slices bacon, drain and crumble. Cut 4 large onions in rings. Take brown sugar, mustard, garlic salt and vinegar. Cook slow, covered for 20 minutes. Toss beans together, add sauce. Pour into 3 quart casserole or baking pan. Sprinkle with bacon and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
