8 c. fresh corn, cut off cob
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Boil above for 3 minutes. Place in pan of ice water and stir until cool. Fill containers and freeze. Heat when you want to serve.
