FROZEN CREAM CORN 
15 c. fresh corn (not blanched)
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/3 c. water

Combine in a heavy pan and cook until done. Stir often to keep from sticking. Add 1 can of condensed milk. Stir well and bring just to a boil. Cool and freeze.
