FROZEN CREAMED CORN 
About 36 ears corn (freshly picked)
18 c. raw corn, cut of cob

Put in roaster. Add: 1 pt. whipping cream 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every ten minutes. Cool. Put in boxes and freeze. Makes 18 pints.

SUGGESTION: Cut fresh corn off cob and scrape cob with knife to add juice to the corn.
