FROZEN SWEET CORN 
9 c. raw corn
2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

When cutting corn off cob, I also scrape off cob. Mix together and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool thoroughly. (I put in 9 x 13 cake pans to cool). Freeze in plastic containers. One batch makes 3 (1 1/2 pint) containers. I have already made a batch and a half at one time.
