SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream

To cut down on calories, I use 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup low calorie pancake syrup and 1 cup low fat milk. No one has ever noticed the difference.

Mix well and bake in 9 x 13 pan for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle topping on mixture and bake another 10 minutes.

TOPPING: 3/4 cup corn flakes or 1 individual serving box, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup pecans. Mix well.
