ROAST BEEF WITH YORKSHIRE
PUDDING
 
Roast beef, cooked
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix salt and flour and add milk gradually to flour to form a smooth paste. Add eggs, beaten for 2 minutes. Cover bottom of two hot bread pans with some of beef fat from the roast and pour mixture in pans 1/2 inch deep. Bake in oven (hot) for 20 minutes.
