POT ROAST 
3 lb. beef or pork roast
6 potatoes
6 carrots
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. flour

Combine flour, garlic salt and onion powder; roll roast in mixture. Heat vegetable oil in pressure cooker; brown roast on all sides. Peel and quarter potatoes and chunk cut carrots; put in cooker around roast. Carefully pour in water. Put lid on and cook on medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes. Depending on desire of rareness.
