PEPPERONI BREAD
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8-10 inch) stick pepperoni
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cooked or canned mushrooms, drained (optional)

1. Thaw loaf of frozen bread according to package directions.

2. Spread thawed bread dough into large rectangle on greased cookie sheet. (Cookie sheet should have rim on sides.)

3. Make an egg wash by mixing egg and seasonings. Spread half of egg wash on dough almost to edges.

5. Sprinkle with cheese and optional mushrooms.

6. Fold bread dough over filling 1/3 over, then last third over. Flip dough over so seam side is underneath.

7. Spread loaf with remaining egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
