“MASHED POTATOES (HEALTHIER OPTION)” IS IN:

MASHED POTATOES (HEALTHIER
OPTION)
 
potatoes
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 1/2 tbsp. healthy butter
fresh or dried parsley
salt and black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder

Boil potatoes. Add yogurt, milk, butter, parsley, salt and pepper, garlic and onion. Mix well being mindful of trying to take out lumps. Try to make sure to get all spices evenly mixed.
